Olive Branch Carwash

Sealed proposals for all general construction and related work for the Car Wash Building located in Olive Branch, Mississippi, will be received by the Owner and the Architect until 2:00 p.m. CDT, on February 7, 2023, at the office of the Architect at the above referenced addresses.

All bidders shall be licensed General Contractors in the State of Mississippi where the work is to be performed, and shall act only in the capacity permitted by local and state statutes. Bidders shall have a minimum of five (5) years experience in similar work of similar size and shall have constructed a minimum of five (5) similar building projects in the preceding five (5) years.
