NWCC - Career Technology Education and Workforce Facility

PROJECT INFORMATION:

This project consists of a new 2 story, Career Technology Education and Workforce Facility which will have Nursing and Health Science classrooms, labs, administration space, workforce training space, a testing center, and a large meeting space. This facility will be developed on the existing Northwest Community College Desoto Campus and will also include sitework and utility infrastructure. This project is being funded by an EDA grant and will have to follow the requirements of the U.S. Department of Commerce. See specifications for additional requirements

BID INFORMATION:

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received for the project named below by Northwest Mississippi Community College located at the Office of Purchasing, 2nd Floor McCormick Administration Building, 102 Administration Circle, Senatobia, MS, until 2:00 PM May 4th, 2023.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE

A pre-bid conference has been scheduled on April 25th, 2023 at 9:00 am, meet in the lobby at the Desoto Center Campus location at the project address listed above. All general contract/major subcontract Bidders and Suppliers are urged to attend. All Bidders are expected to have familiarized themselves with conditions relating to the work prior to the pre-bid conference.
